Senator Tester Signs onto the Baucus Fee Repeal Bill
As reported by the New West Network recently, Senate Bill 2438, the Fee Repeal and Expanded Access Act, introduced by Montana’s senior senator, Max Baucus, and Mike Crapo (R-ID) recently received a boost when two more key western senators signed onto to amend recreational fee policy on federal lands.

Senators Baucus and Crapo have vowed to replace any lost revenue through the congressional appropriation process.
