Worry Free Lobbying and Voter Education: A Legal Training for Non-Profits

Topics to be covered at the legal training:

* What is lobbying?

* How much can our 501(c)3 lobby?

* Can we use legislative scorecards?

* Can we ask foundations for grant for lobbying?

* Can we produce a voter’s guide or invite candidates to speak?

* Can we do voter registration drives and get out the vote activities?

* What are Montana’s lobbying and ballot measure requirements?
