July Green Drinks Gathering

The slogan used by Oily Waste Processors is: "Make every drop count". We collect the oils and hazardous materials - not hazardous wastes - from the Billings city landfill and work with the city personnel during the spring clean up. We have drop off points in Billings, Great Falls, and Missoula for DIY oils (do it yourselfer oils); these are no charge services. We also collect the sump wastes from the businesses in the area that are conscientious about how the water from their sumps impact the water treatment plant and, in turn, the river. These are for the most part corporate clients and
state and federal locations. So in closing, "Every Drop Counts!"

Green Drinks is an informal gathering of locals with enviro-friendly attitudes. Come along and you'll be made welcome. Everyone invites someone else along, so there’s always a different crowd, making Green Drinks an organic, self-organizing network. These events are very simple and unstructured, but many people have found employment, made friends, developed new ideas, done deals and had moments of serendipity. Each month we send out a newsletter outlining the next green drinks and letting you know about important environmental events and issues occurring in Billings.
